Grand Warlord, I agree with your decision to retain control of the Elder Scrolls. The scrolls are needed for the war effort, as you say. Handing them to the Moth Priest would only result in them falling into the hands of the Dominion or Pact. I have had temple guards escort Belenius away from the grounds.
