Subject: Bashshi-ra Report: Subject spends most of his time in the Five Claws Pub, but has been known to make unexplained trips to Seaside Sanctuary. Is in continual contact with known criminals. Under investigation for skooma trading, theft, extortion (including his connection to two separate instances in which a shop-owner was found severely beaten), devaluing the currency (Woodhearth's blacksmith may be a co-conspirator in this), and public indecency.
